Proposals regarding UN endorsements

In order not to split the power of our region here and there, I make the following two proposals to our members of the region, who are also United Nations members:

1. All UN members endorse the current UN Delegate

2. All UN members use up to TWO endorsements - one for the current delegate and one for the member nation state of your choice.

This is the only way to create more powerful nations in our region and not spreading the power here and there having all nations weak and also the whole region vulnerable.

The above are only proposals and not rules, as in 01 Eastern Roman Empire Region all nations are equal and free to have their own policy.
